Step into a world where digital paintings serve as a medium for unapologetic expression and empowerment. Inspired by feminist, queer, and sexual imagery, these pieces exude a delicate aesthetic accompanied by a resounding message of strength and self-acceptance.

Digital paintings

Diving into an intimate journey of self-discovery and deep observation, my paintings are a reflective exploration of both myself and the world around me. Transitioning from a conventional approach of exclusively working with oils and acrylics, my artistry expanded during my time in art school to encompass the realm of sculpture within my fine art practice.

Collage has a rich history dating back to the early 20th century when artists like Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque began incorporating cut-paper and found objects into their artworks. It quickly became a popular medium for artists seeking a new way to express ideas and challenge traditional art forms.

I use collage as a means to explore the creative process with less pressure. By piecing together existing images, I can focus on the arrangement and composition rather than the creation of new imagery. This approach allows for a more playful and intuitive method of creation, where each element acts as a puzzle piece in the larger composition.
